Keep in mind though that frozen fruit will yield a thicker smoothie. Coconut milk: Adding coconut milk creates the most delicious/tropical combo but use your own milk of choice. To reduce the calories, use almond milk.Pineapple: Fresh fruit or frozen pineapple is totally fine, too.
