Your beverage will be ready in only a few minutes with the addition of sattu flour, chilled water, lemon juice, fresh herbs like mint, coriander leaves, and black salt. It is mostly consumed during the summer months, as it can help to cool the body.

How to Make Sattu Drink
Savory Sattu Sharbat
In a large mixing bowl, add sattu powder, finely chopped mint leaves, coriander levels, onion (optional), green chili, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and lemon juice. Add chilled water to the mixing bowl, and using the Whisker or Hand-held wooden Churner (Madhani), whisk the mixture until they are well combined. Serve it in a glass with a few ice cubes. Garnish the sharbat with mint leaves if desired for added flavor. The sattu flour settles down, so make sure to stir well before serving. Enjoy.

Add sattu powder, sugar, black salt, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
