A delectable meal called paneer bhurji is made with crumbled paneer and a mixture of spices. It is a tasty meal that is often served for lunch and dinner. Both children and adults enjoy the dish, which you can always make whether you’re pressed for time or want to make a different paneer meal. How to Make Paneer Bhurji
In a Kadai, add oil, once oil (or ghee) is hot, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add minced ginger, garlic, green chili, and saute for a few seconds. Next, add onions and saute them till they are soft and translucent. Then add the finely chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and mix well. Cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy. Then add crumbled paneer and cook for 1-2 minutes. Finally, add lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves, and switch off the flame. Dry paneer bhurji recipe is ready and can be served with roti, naan, rice.
Serving Suggestions
Serve paneer bhurji, with roti, paratha, or naan, along with salad and pickles on the side. You may also serve it with some hot steamed rice and dal. You can also use it as a filling for parathas, sandwiches, wraps, or rolls.

Dry Paneer Bhurji can be stored in an airtight container for about 2-3 days. But I highly recommend making it fresh and eating it on the same day. If you feel it is very dry the next day, add some milk and cook for 1-2 minutes, making it soft and juicy.
