Peanut Butter Almond Cookies

Sep 10, 2013, Updated May 07, 2023 Peanut butter is my absolute favorite. I just LOVE it, so creamy, so nutty and so yum! The other day I got this natural creamy peanut butter from Whole Foods, it had no sugar or salt added to it and so these almond peanut butter cookies were born. These cookies are really chewy, thanks to the brown sugar and peanut butter. One thing which I would probably change in this recipe, now that I think about it is to add some unsalted regular butter into it....

The Best Homemade Caesar Dressing Recipe

As much as I love simple vinaigrettes and other light and tangy salad dressings like ginger salad dressing or honey mustard, sometimes I crave rich creaminess, and that’s where this homemade Caesar dressing recipe excels. Unlike vinaigrettes, with traditional ingredients like raw egg, anchovies (and no, it doesn’t taste fishy!), and parmesan cheese, I always assumed that making Caesar salad dressing at home would be a somewhat long and complicated process....

What Is Ghee And How To Make It

What Is Ghee and How Is It Different from Butter? Ghee, also known as “liquid gold,” is a type of nutty-flavored clarified butter that dates back 5000 years in Hindu culture. It was traditionally made with raw bovine milk or cultured butter/cream. Ghee has been used for sweet and savory traditional Indian cooking (like biryani, spread over garlic naan bread, or sweets like halwa).
