Oct 26, 2015, Updated May 07, 2023 These No Bake OREO Cheesecake Parfait are the perfect treat for your Halloween Party! So easy, cute and spooky!

Boo! It’s the Halloween week! I had so many things planned for you guys for Halloween but unfortunately I was able to execute only a few. What do I say, I have been crazy busy. Less than a month to go to India means lots of shopping, plus the house stuff still takes most of the weekend. So much to do and so little time. Plus you guys already know how good I am at planning [NOT] so everything is left to the last minute and then I am never able to make it. Anyway enough of my rant, the good news is that I have got a wonderful Halloween treat for you guys today! These OREO No Bake Cheesecake Parfait will look fantastic at your Halloween party and I am going to show you how easy it is to make them using OREO 2 Packs and Fanta Orange Mini Cans! Spooky, isn’t it? ☟

What does Halloween remind you of? Whenever I think of Halloween, I always remember 2 colors – orange and black. I see these colors everywhere these days – the costumes, decor, treats and more. And since I am a foodie, I try to specifically create desserts with these 2 colors for Halloween. So while shopping at Safeway the other day, I came across this Spooky Snack Lab display featuring Fanta and OREO products and I thought it would be so cool to make something fun for Halloween using these 2 products because OREO=black and Fanta=orange and together they look so awesome in these No Bake OREO Cheesecake Parfait!

To make this cheesecake parfait is extremely easy and trust me guys it would look so fancy on your Halloween party table. I am sure kids will go nuts for this and adults too after all who doesn’t love cheesecake? Which reminds me, my husband thought this is like the best dessert I have ever made. Quite an statement considering how many desserts I make on a weekly basis but he thought that fanta and oreo tasted so fantastic together and I couldn’t agree more!

As you can see in the pictures, I used pretty big glasses to make this parfait, you can definitely use smaller ones. And don’t you guys love my spooky OREO eyes? I got these fun candy eyeballs from my local craft store. All I had to do was stick these on the OREO and then draw some red veins using a red color food marker. That simple and so much fun!

So grab your OREO 2 packs and fanta cans and get ready for some Halloween fun!   Method Beat cream cheese using paddle attachment of your stand mixer or use your hand mixer. Mix till it’s smooth. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract and beat till well combined. [Note: I used clear vanilla extract as I didn’t want the color of my cream cheese to change, I wanted it to remain as white as possible] Divide the cream cheese mixture equally into 2 bowls. Now comes the fun part, open a can of fanta orange and add it to one of the 2 bowls.

Mix till well combined. At this point you can add little orange food color if you want your batter to look more orange, this is optional. Beat heavy cream using the wire whisk attachment of your stand mixer or using your hand mixer. Remember to chill the bowl and the attachment for 15-20 minutes before beating the cream. Once the cream is whipped, divide it into 2 equal parts. Fold the whipped cream into the two bowls, till well combined. Place these bowl in the refrigerator while your prepare the rest of the stuff.

Using your food processor crush the OREO cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter to it and mix. Take your 2 serving glasses (or use 4 small serving glasses) and put half of the prepared OREO mixture (divided equally) at the bottom of the glasses. Reserve the remaining OREO crumbs for other layers of the parfait. Place the glasses in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile make the spooky OREO eyes. Twist and open each OREO cookie. On the cream side, place candy eyeball and attach it to the cookie. I used little store bought caramel sauce to stick the eyeball. You can use frosting or anything which is sticky. Use your red food marker to draw veins all around the eyeball. Repeat till you have 3-4 eyes ready. Set aside.

Take out the cheesecake mixture from the refrigerator and transfer the white and orange part to 2 different piping bags. Take out the chilled glasses from the freezer and put some orange cheesecake batter on top of the OREO cookie crust/base. Then place the white cheesecake batter on top of it. And then place the remaining OREO crumbs on top of the white cheesecake batter.

Repeat all the layers, finishing with white cheesecake batter on top. Garnish with more crushed OREO and prepared spooky eyes! Chill these No Bake OREO Cheesecake Parfait for at least 2-4 hours before serving!

  • Always remember to chill the cheesecake before serving. In fact these parfaits can be made in advance. Make them a day before Halloween, wrap and referigerate overnight and they will be all set to serve at your party.
  • You can use regular vanilla extract in this recipe. I used a clear vanilla extract (which you can find at any baking shop/craft store) only because I wanted the white part of my cheesecake batter to remain white. And don’t forget to check out the Spooky Snack Lab display at Safeway. You can discover some fun recipes and great ideas for Halloween. Also, lookout for an exclusive coupon where you can save $1.50 when you buy Fanta or Nabisco Cookie. You can find this coupon in stores! And now I am so eager to hear about your Halloween plans! Tell me what treats are you guys planning to make and will that be orange and black too?
