I have previously shared two peach smoothie recipes: a classic peach smoothie and a refreshing strawberry peach smoothie. My daughter loves both of these smoothies. So, this time, I’m sharing a new recipe made with peaches and mangoes—it’s called the Peach Mango Smoothie. It’s a refreshing and cool smoothie, perfect for summer. It’s made with just 5 main ingredients and is perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack. You can use either fresh or frozen fruit, making it a versatile option. This smoothie is vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and can easily be made vegan. If you like mangoes, then check out more Mango Recipes

Ingredients for Peach Mango Breakfast Smoothie

Mango - You’ll need one large mango or two small ones. Alternatively, you can use frozen mango for a thicker smoothie. Peach - You’ll need one large peach or two small ones. You can also use frozen peaches if they are not in season. Milk - I’ve used unsweetened almond milk in this smoothie, but you can use dairy, oat, coconut, soy, or any kind you like. Greek-style Yogurt - I prefer using plain or vanilla-flavored yogurt, but any variety works well. To make this smoothie vegan, use dairy-free yogurt. Sweetener - use any sweetener of your choice, like maple syrup, honey, or agave. Ice cubes - skip them if you are using frozen fruits.

How to Make Mango Peach Smoothie

Combine the peaches, mangoes, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and ice cubes in a high-speed blender like a Vitamix. Blend until the mixture is completely creamy and smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add more milk as needed. Pour into glasses and garnish with a few mango and peach slices, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy! Note: If you use frozen fruits, there is no need to add ice.

Storage Suggestions

It is best enjoyed immediately after blending. However, refrigerate leftover mango peach smoothies in airtight containers or jars for up to 1 day. Leftovers can be poured into freezer-safe containers or popsicle molds, and they will last up to 3 months in the freezer.

Variations and Add-Ins

You can add additional ingredients to make this mango peach smoothie even healthier. Some of my favorites are:

Toss in some other fruit: You can also add your favorite fruits like banana, avocado, pineapple, blueberries, or strawberries, along with mango and peach, in this milkshake. Leafy Greens: For an extra boost of vitamins and minerals, add a handful of fresh baby spinach or kale while blending. Protein Powder: If you are drinking this smoothie post-workout, add half a scoop of protein powder while blending. Vegan: use almond milk, coconut milk, or oat milk, and substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt (like coconut yogurt). Use sweeteners like maple syrup or agave. Nut butter: Add a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter to add creaminess and nutty flavor to this smoothie recipe. Whole grains and Seeds: You can add rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, or hemp seeds for an extra boost of plant protein, fiber, healthy fats, and omega-3s. Liquid swaps: You can add orange juice, mango juice, or peach nectar instead of milk.

Use ripe fruits: using a ripe mango and peach makes the smoothie creamy, naturally sweet, and taste better. Use frozen fruit: This helps to make the smoothie extra thick, creamy, and cold. If using frozen fruit, you may skip the ice cubes. Use a high-speed blender: This will help to make your smoothie ultra creamy and smooth. You will not run into any chunks of fruit in the mouth. Drink it immediately: Smoothies are best enjoyed immediately.
